SEASON 2015 – 2016

Anne-Marie Cherrier, Curator of the travelling exhibitions of the Musée du Trompe-L’œil et du Décor Peint (Museum of Trompe-L’œil and Decorative Paint), presents a surprising, spectacular exhibition that plays on the public’s perceptions.
As a visitor, you know that you are viewing a flat, painted surface, but you will be surprised at how the three-dimensional illusion is achieved.

titre-stages

Throughout the year, Musée du Trompe-l’œil et du Décor Peint holds training courses in France and elsewhere. These art lessons are accessible to all levels, individuals or professionals, and some require no prior understanding of drawing or painting.

Our instructors, each specialized in a particular technique, demonstrate their work as they teach participants to apply the technique and create their own decorative panels.
